Shipping and Handling
We aim to describe and photograph our leathergoods as clearly as possible, for this reason we do not offer full refunds for items returned to us. Before purchasing please make your decision carefully.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange it for one of equal value, provided that the item is in brand new condition with the tag still attached. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Customers wishing to exchange a purchase (including sandals) must pay the postage costs to and from our Sydney store.
We ship within Australia using Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, a reliable door to door courier service that delivers to all destinations in Australia. Please note that if you live in a remote rural area, additional charges may apply.
We ship to international locations using Australia Post. All parcels are shipped using airmail and are fully insured.
Note: Sandals are custom made upon order
